These terms govern your purchase from MusicGlyph.

1. What you're buying

A bespoke piece of music about your child, delivered as digital files to download.

2. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the time stated for your tier. Delivery begins on the next working day after payment.

3. Cancellation and the 14-day right

Each song is made to order and delivered digitally. At checkout you waive your 14-day cancellation right and we begin work immediately. If we have not yet started, you can cancel for a full refund.

4. Refunds & revisions

If a song fails to meet a reasonable interpretation of your brief, we'll revise it or refund you. Studio includes one revision as standard.

5. Your licence

You receive a perpetual, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to use the song for personal and family use, including private sharing with friends, relatives and within your child's school. Public broadcast, streaming-platform release or other commercial exploitation are excluded; please contact us for a separate licence.

6. Our rights

We retain the underlying compositional craft and may use anonymised excerpts of our work for portfolio and marketing. We will never use your child's name or any identifying detail publicly without your written permission.

7. Conduct

We will refuse, refund and report any request that we judge inappropriate or unsafe in the context of a song for a child.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the song. Nothing here limits liability we cannot lawfully limit.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
