We treat your family's information with care. This page explains what we hold, and why.

What we collect

• Your name and email address — to take and deliver your order.
• Your child's first name and age band — to make the song.
• Payment is taken by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
• Order metadata (timestamps, status, totals) — to run our business.

What we don't collect

• No advertising trackers on this site.
• No data collected from your child directly.
• We do not sell or share your information.

How long we keep it

Account and contact data: up to 18 months after your last order. Tax-relevant transaction records (order totals, VAT) are kept for six years to meet HMRC's requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This service is purchased by adults. We hold only the minimum information about your child needed to write the song, and we never publish their name without your written permission.
