This site is run by Rondanini Publishing® Ltd, company number 16548159, for 0dB Labs. This page says what the brief form stores, for how long, and who receives it.

What is stored

When you send a brief we store what you typed in the form: your name, email, optional telephone and organisation, country, and the details of the work and its use. We store a hash of your confirmation link, not the link itself. We do not store your IP address. Nothing is paid on this site, so we hold no payment details.

How long

A brief you do not confirm is deleted seven days after its link expires. The link expires 72 hours after you send the brief. A confirmed brief is kept for 24 months, then deleted.

Who receives it

Nobody at 0dB Labs receives the brief until you confirm it by email. After you confirm, the full brief is emailed to 0dB Labs at info@0dblabs.com, and you get a receipt. We do not sell or share briefs with anyone else. Email is sent through our mail provider.

Cookies and analytics

The consent banner stores your choice in your browser. Analytics load only if a measurement id is set on the server and you accept them. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your brief by writing to info@0dblabs.com or telephoning +44 20 3432 3380. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
