Five kinds of work. Every one starts with a brief. The figures below are starting guides — about thirty percent under typical public commission rates for comparable work. The firm price is quoted in writing after you confirm the brief. There is no online payment on this site.
A commercial licence is permission for the uses named in the quote. It is not a waiver of all 0dB Labs rights. Copyright stays with the publisher unless a separate buyout or assignment is agreed in writing.

- A written score, and parts when the brief asks for them.

- A generated track.
PackageFrom £850
- You receive
- One finished set: scores, parts, a recording made from the score with purchased instrument sounds, and, when asked, a libretto or book and a cover.
- It is not
- A streaming release.
Studio recordingFrom £420
- You receive
- A recording of music that is already written, made with purchased instrument sounds and finished in the studio.
- It is not
- A performance credit for a musician who did not play. A musician is named only when a musician played.
Commercial licenceFrom £280
- You receive
- A written licence to use named existing 0dB catalogue work for the commercial uses, territory and term set out in the quote (for example film or advertising sync, a recording release, publication, or education).
- It is not
- A waiver of every 0dB Labs right, and not a sale of the copyright. Catalogue downloads stay on personal terms until this licence is agreed. Copyright and publishing credit stay with 0dB Labs unless a separate buyout or assignment is quoted and signed.
Book or film packageFrom £1,750

- A set of pieces written to a story, in the shape of The City Picture.

- An automatic album.
